Why Participate

 

Taste of Carmel offers restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and caterers a high-visibility opportunity to showcase signature offerings to thousands of engaged local attendees—all in one energetic evening. With no fee to participate, the event delivers meaningful brand exposure, direct customer engagement, and the chance to be part of a beloved community tradition that supports public education in Carmel Clay Schools.

NEW for 2026: Participants may take part in the Taste of Carmel Passport, driving guests back to your establishment for up to 60 days after the event—extending your exposure well beyond event night.​​​

Participation Details

​

What’s Included

  • Complimentary registration- no fee

  • Promotion through Taste of Carmel and Carmel Education Foundation websites and social media

  • One 6’ tasting table with black linens

  • Wristbands for three staff members (21+)

  • Promotion for guests to visit your establishment via the TOC Passport

Upon Request:

  • One 4’ x 8’ prep table with black cover

  • Basic electrical power

  • Ice and water for preparation or chilling

 

What You Provide

  • Bite-sized samples (2–3 oz.) of signature items

  • Plan for approximately 600–800 tasting portions (final guidance provided prior to event)

  • Staffing at your booth (all staff must be 21+)

  • Booth décor and promotional materials reflecting our 60th diamond anniversary theme

  • Disposable service item

Timeline

  • Set-up begins at 4:00 PM

  • Service begins promptly at 6:30 PM

  • Tear-down begins at 9:00 PM

Registration & Selection

Completion of the registration form is required and helps us curate a balanced, high-quality experience for guests. Due to space limitations and category balance, submission does not guarantee participation. Selected participants will be notified with next steps.

​

By participating, your establishment is also making a visible statement of support for public education and students in our community, helping strengthen Carmel Clay Schools while celebrating the best of Carmel’s local food and beverage scene.
