If you are the proprietor of a Carmel area dining establishment, this is your time to showcase your specialty dish or beverage to

Carmel area foodies!  Join us on March 3, 2023 to connect with new diners and to reconnect with long-time fans.  

Provided:

  • Complimentary registration - no fee to participate! 

  • Promotion of your establishment through our website and social media

  • (1) 8' table with black linens

  • (1) 4x8' prep table with black cover (upon request)

  • Basic electrical power (please bring extension cords)

  • Ice and water (upon request) for preparation and/or chilling items

  • Wristbands for up to three staff members to serve at your booth

To Contribute:

  • BITE -SIZED (2-3 ounce) samples of a signature item/items - please plan to provide 600-800 portions

  • Staffing at your booth (must be at least 21 years of age) set-up begins at 4:30pm for service beginning at 6:30pm sharp; tear down begins at 9:00pm

  • Décor for your booth, coupons, promotional materials

  • Disposable utensils, napkins, plates, or bowls, cups

Vendor space is based on an application basis.

Carmel Education Foundation will follow all health and safety protocols outlined by the Hamilton County Health Department.
